At Abreeze we do not accept any payments made in cash, hence, there is no cash on delivery option available when purchasing directly from our website. If you would like to purchase from our website, then you would have to make payments using your credit/debit card or Netbanking and this process will be done through a secure connection, meaning that your data is not at risk. We accept credit/debit cards from all major banks and service providers.
We understand the importance of time and hence we always strive to make sure that your order is delivered within time. We use leading logistic partners to deliver the product to your doorstep. If our logistic partner does not deliver to the customer’s area, we use services of India Post to make sure your product is delivered. PLEASE NOTE - ABREEZE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS IN DELIVERY THAT MIGHT OCCUR.
Abreeze can fulfil any domestic orders through our logistic partner and if our logistic partner is unable to delivery, we use services of India Post. PLEASE NOTE - ABREEZE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS IN DELIVERY THAT MIGHT OCCUR.
Charges are to be calculated according to the delivery pin code provided by the customer. The logistics partner will give three tries to the customer to have the product delivered. If the customer fails to collect the product after all the tries, the delivery partner will return the product back to us. In that case, the customer will receive an 50%.
We process your order at the earliest and is handed over to our logistic partner at the earliest. Our logistic partner assures us that deliveries within the city of Pune can happen within 3 working days of the package being handed over and deliveries outside Pune can take up to 5-7 working days. Deliveries that happen outside the State of Maharashtra may take 8-10 working days to be delivered. Abreeze will provide a tracking to the customer to keep a tab on the status of the delivery.
Customer satisfaction is one of the top missions that we aim to follow and as a result of this, we will strive to make sure that the product reaches to your doorstep in the best condition. However, in the unlikely scenario that the product at your doorstep is either damaged or expired, we will immediately have it refunded or replaced – as per your choice. However, for us to get better and to understand what went wrong in the process, please save the original product and the receipt with it.
We can only accept cancellations if they come within 6 hours of the order being placed. If you would like to cancel your order, please drop us an email at info@abreeze. If the order has been dispatched, then there can be no cancellations or returns possible. Due to any unforeseen reasons, an order was to be cancelled from our side, the customer is liable for a complete refund or a credit.
In any case, if the subscription was to be cancelled, then the customer is liable to get the refund back for the remaining number of shipments.
Regarding the security, we commit to you that the sensitive information that you may provide us is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of information, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial code to safeguard the information that we collect to make your experience better.
